At Meridian Surveys, we are deeply committed to engaging and giving back to our communities. We partner with various businesses and educational groups, driven by our strong sense of corporate social responsibility. In 2020, we proudly committed $50,000 to STARS Ambulance for two years, renewing it in 2022 with a $60,000 gift to support their operations in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba. In 2019, we donated $50,000 to sponsor a Family Sleep Room at the new Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon. Our support for this hospital continues through events like the Jeans and Jewels Gala and the ‘Power Hour’ radiothon, where employees volunteer and Meridian matches donations up to $5,000. Since 2018, we have dedicated a portion of our donations to employee sponsorship requests through our Sponsorship and Volunteer policy. This policy supports community-based non-profits, local charities, and youth and senior activities, with contributions ranging from $500 to $1,000 over the past three years.

Communication and consultation among all employees and management within Meridian is the key component, working with due diligence to foster the highest of safety standards exceeding industry and legislative requirements. Our commitment to send each person home safely requires dedication to a “ZERO Incident” safety culture.
To better monitor our standard of achievement and ensure that we design, implement, evaluate and maintain the safest environment at all times an annual safety audit is conducted by Energy Safety Canada (formerly ENFORM). Meridian Surveys has maintained an ENFORM Certificate of Recognition (COR) since 2001.
Subscribers to both ISNetworld and ComplyWorks enables clients to access Meridian’s current safety program, documents and statistics for ease of evaluation or verification for project requirements.
