Lee moved to Lloydminster in 2001 shortly after becoming a partner. Lee became the Branch Manager for Lloydminster in 2002. In 2017 as a result of some restructuring Lee became the V.P. of Alberta Operations. In May of 2022 Lee became the 6th President of Meridian Surveys since the company was formed in 1966.
